We noticed mold in one of our basement closets and panicked! Called SERVPRO and in a few days Jeff was out to look at the situation. Assured us they would take care of the matter. He was confident it was fixable without too much involved. A few days later Greg called and came out and informed us it was minimal mold and began the work. He came back one more time and finished the job! We are all set and no damage done! We are so grateful for the speed of answering to our call and then getting to the job right away! I am renovating a building over 100 years old. The basement was "scary".
After visiting several times, Jeff made great recommendations.
The walls were scraped and painted (with a microbial and moisture barrier paint) along with all the metal poles. The nooks and crannies and floors were vacuumed to remove many years of "dust".
There was some mold remediation also.
His crew members were reliable, prompt and competent. They were very friendly and accommodating. Greg was fantastic.
Jeff has offered to address anything that wasn't done exactly to my expectations. At this point there is nothing.

They still stay in touch with us to make sure everything is ok. The price for mold remediation was good and their service well exceeded my expectations. We had mold on our ceiling and we needed it removed and sealed. We couldn't even get quotes from other companies. Jeff and his team immediately proposed solutions and took care of the problem. Scaffolding was erected, the mold removed, and the ceiling finished before we knew it. Jeff was very gracious and even brought in a dehumidifier for another problem that was completely unrelated.
